In the interest of the safety of our patrons and our staff Bluefrog is now requiring that everyone who enters the store is wearing a mask. Thank you for your cooperation. Additionally, we ask that you follow directions on posted signage from staff, and follow CDC guidelines for sanitation and social distancing.
While we HAVE NOT had any staff members test positive for COVID-19, we do have policies in place within our COVID-19 Response Plan in the likely event that one day a staff member does test positive, which includes communicating with the public about any possible exposure.
Phase 1 Service Plan starting 5/23
1. Continue with established practices, plans, protocols, and hours of operation in place now.
3. Maintaining 6 ft. distance
4. Keeping restrooms closed due to Covid
5. All service crew will wear face masks while serving the public, during retail sales and picking orders.
6. No employees defined as vulnerable by CDC guidelines may work at the store.
7. A limit of 10 people in the store at a time will be enforced.
8. Although I would like everyone to wear a mask for my safety and yours. I have found it not possible to enforce without resistance.
Bluefrog will monitor indicative symptoms of all employees, and symptomatic people will not be allowed to work until cleared by a medical professional.
May use random temp checks during shifts, temps over 100.3 will be asked to go home.
Reserve the right to test employees for COVID19 and/or antibodies in order to work in service
If symptomatic or sick, contact tracing will be asked of you
Disinfectant will be commonly used, odors associated will persist.
Wash hands w/soap & water or use hand sanitizer after touching frequently used items or surfaces.
Avoid touching your face.
Sneeze or cough into the inside of your elbow.
Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces as much as possible.
Use face coverings while serving public.
Continue to practice good hygiene and avoid personal devices.
If you feel sick stay home.
If sick, contact & follow the advice of your medical provider.
As an essential business, the health & safety of our crew, customers, and community continues to be our top priority, and we have implemented the following precautions:

Bluefrog Imports has trained staff to take the following precautions:
Do not work if you or someone in your household is sick or not feeling well
Wash hands often with soap & warm water for at least 20 seconds
Follow proper respiratory cough etiquette
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
Disinfect all personal devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc…)
We will continue to adjust our operations according to the recommendations of health authorities as the situation develops.

5/6 Covid-19 Update
Bluefrog will be closed until June 4th to ensure the wellness of our customers and staff.
This decision is based on the continued increase of cases and staying out of harm's way. More importantly we believe staying closed is the best way not to be a vehicle for this virus due to the somewhat tight confines of our store. We believe there are too many unknown factors as to how easy the virus is transmitted. It's reassuring to hear the requests to reopen as we know you would love to pop in. We hope other businesses that open will be able to follow the guidelines that are necessary to keep themselves safe, as well as their customers.
We will be experimenting with pickup sales at the store one or two days a week where you would be able to pick out products purchased through portals and pick up items in the back of the store.
Stay tuned for details on the website. We are designing this feature currently. However, we have been taking orders from customers that reach us through the website portal. bluefrogimports.biz , Instagram, and Facebook.
We have implemented rigid sanitation protocol for ourselves and our staff during pick-up periods and we hope that the Downtown Woodstock community continues to follow recommended Covid safety precautions as businesses begin to reopen in the foreseeable future.

Hey Bluefrog fans!
Hope this message finds you well. We wanted to bring you all the latest news regarding COVID-19 and how we at Bluefrog plan to move forward. We are continuing to make adjustments to ensure the safety of employees while still providing uninterrupted services for our brand.
What does this mean for the Bluefrog brand? Gratefully, we will still be able to provide you all with limited items you have grown to love. We are offering limited pick-up services at the store on Tuesdays. All of our online purchases will be sent out on Tuesdays as well. Unfortunately, the entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our ability to send your online orders in a timely manner.
